Weekly or biweekly cleaning can be arranged for long stays at an additional cost. 📜 House Rules No parties or events – Violation will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – Noise complaints may result in a $200 fine. No smoking or vaping indoors – A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged if detected. Treat the apartment with care – You are responsible for any damages. If any furniture or appliances are broken, stained, or damaged, guests are responsible for the full replacement cost.
