No Unauthorized Guests or Parties Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Parties, gatherings, or events without prior written approval are prohibited. Fee: $300 + any damages + immediate eviction without refund. 3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Fee: $150 per complaint or city fine (whichever is higher). 4. No Pets Without Prior Approval Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. Fee: $200 unauthorized pet fee + cost of any damage or deep cleaning. 5. Check-Out Time Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved. Lost Keys or Access Devices All keys, garage remotes, and access cards must be returned at check-out. Fee: $75 per key/fob/remote. 12.
